Simon Kempston thanks Live Stage Marnix, September 8, 2011A short note to thank you for the opportunity to perform at your beautiful venue last week. I really enjoyed it, the audience were very receptive and knowledgeable and it is a very impressive space to perform in - great acoustics, and I thought it was perfect for my music. I thought the whole evening was run in a very professional manner, and certainly as an artist, I felt in very safe hands. The meal is also a great idea, encouraging bonding & conversation between the artists and the Live Stage team and added to the sense of camaraderie. I have to say, I really enjoyed meeting you all, and the whole Live Stage Marnix experience! Extra show on October 6British blues player Steven Finn will play Live Stage Marnix on October 6. Steven plays fantastic acoustic folk-blues with National, bottleneck and harmonica and has been described as "the future of British Blues". His song 'Hail to the thief' was number 1 in the UK blues charts in Summer 2010 and he regularly tours Europe and the UK. Rosa Sky thanks Live Stage Marnix, June 10, 2011Thank you for the perfect organisation of last night's concert at Marnix. What a dedicated crew you have. Good food, good sound, nice lights, pictures, video. As a band you hardly ever experience a gig like this. Intimate concerts by KC McKanzie en Sarah MacDougall at Live Stage Marnix in EdeJune 3, 2010 - by Freek Wolff in EdeStad.nl(BDU) KC McKanzie from Berlin can count herself lucky with her accompanist on multiple instuments, but also captivates her audience on her own with high quality songs. Sarah MacDougall from Sweden/Canada and her skilled lapsteel guitarist finished their gig unplugged amidst the audience. A fine ending of a night full of atmosphere..
